Business Intelligence and Information Management using out of the box SharePoint and O365.

David spoke about the opportunities to manage business information and processes more effectively using Microsoft Office 365, Power BI and SharePoint-online.  

The City of Nedlands shared their real-life experience and their journey from paper-based processing and legacy record management - to online processing with automated workflows and business intelligence dashboards.  They will also outline the practical business benefits they achieved and share some of the challenges they encountered along the way.
