Tech Trends 2019 – Beyond the digital frontier by Deloitte

This PDF eBook provides six chapters.  Deloitte spotlight emerging technology trends that, over the next 18 to 24 months, will likely offer new avenues for pursuing strategic ambitions. This paper takes a prospective policy approach to the data privacy challenges of connected and autonomous vehicles.

It seeks to provide insight and direction to policymakers and industry by canvassing what sets AVs apart from current technology, such as mobile phones, and it looks at laws and policy approaches in three jurisdictions to highlight some areas of tension for consumer data privacy protection.
